Please contact me by email or phone, so that we can set up an initial session. The purpose of this initial session is so that I can learn about your reasons for coming to me, your basic history, and what you are seeking from therapy.
Psychotherapy usually consists in one or two fifty-minute sessions a week. The sessions involve a safe container for exploring internal conflicts and increasing self-awareness and compassion towards yourself. We establish your goals for therapy and keep track of how you plan to meet those goals as well as your progress, I introduce techniques for managing anxiety, depression, and other debilitating conditions.
As part of entering into a therapeutic relationship, we establish the terms of the therapy and sign a contract. I currently accept BCBS insurance and out of pocket payment. My fee is $220.00.
