Background
I am a clinical psychologist with a specialization in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I graduated from William James College in 2014.
I am also a Jungian analyst. I began training at the C. G. Jung Institute-Zurich in 2003 and moved to Boston in 2005, where I continued my training. I graduated from the C. G. Jung Institute-Boston in 2013. I continue to be involved in training and the Public Program. My clinical experience includes individual and/or group therapy in multiple settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and private practice.
I have taught psychology at the University of Massachusetts-Boston and have been on the training faculty at the Carson Center for Adults and Families, where I taught assessment and supervised APA interns on their clinical and assessment cases. I also conducted psychological assessments at Metrowest Neuropsychology.
Prior to becoming a psychologist, I researched and taught as a psychological anthropologist, earning my Ph.D. in anthropology from Sydney University in 2006. I did fieldwork in Cape York and the Tanami Desert in Australia, and also at a psychiatric hospital in Denmark. I have taught anthropology at Copenhagen University, Lund University, and Harvard University. I have also published several articles and given numerous talks.
